Snack Innovations’ Plant is BRC AA rated; GFSI certified. We maintain a high level of Food Safety and Food Quality programs, and strictly enforce these policies throughout the facility. Programs include GMPs, HAACP, Allergens, Food Defense, Sanitation, QC, QA, Microbiological and Lab Testing, Mock Recall, Internal Audits and more. We are staffed with QC Techs and QA Manager teams 24 hours a day and conduct continuous inline testing as well as in house Lab testing on all production runs every 30 to 60 minutes. We also work with accredited 3rd party Labs for validation and other special testing of products when needed.
We regularly inspect incoming raw materials and monitor the shelf life prior to use in production. We maintain complete records of each production run and shipments for full traceability by lot code.
Our State-Of-The-Art facility is certified for Food Safety and Food Quality, and we maintain all the required safety programs and quality systems:
